Mngqithi joined Arrows on a contract until the end of the season, after parting ways with Mamelodi Sundowns in December.

Arrows are just three points off the relegation play off spot, with four matches to play this season. The club last won a Betway Premiership match in March, going five matches without a victory.
The Siya crew previously reported that Mngqithi could just be at Arrows until the end of the campaign, with the possibility of having options to coach both locally and on the continent.
The club itself, however, seems to be considering their options in the coaching market and are now just waiting to ensure they avoid relegation before they decide on what happens to the coaching hotseat.
