The Soweto giants have announced Lebohang Maboe as their latest signing, making their intentions for the season clear.
Maboe was loaned out to SuperSport United in January by Sundowns and did well as he got regular game time. Despite this, Sundowns let him go and he has been a free agent for a few months. The midfielder was a target for Durban City coach Gavin Hunt, who revealed that he wanted to sign Maboe, but the player has chosen to sign for Amakhosi.
The Soweto giants have been busy in the market, recently announcing the arrivals of Etiosa Ighodaro, Luke Baartman and Asanele Velebayi. It's an addition to the signings of Ethan Chislett, Flavio Silva, Nkanyiso Shinga, Siphesihle Ndlovu, Thabiso Monyane and Paseka Mako.
