After reportedly missing out on their initial target from TS Galaxy, Orlando Pirates are now setting their sights on another exciting talent from the same side, determined not to let another prospect slip through their fingers.
With competition coming from Mamelodi Sundowns, insiders suggest the Soweto giants are positioned to win this particular transfer battle as they look to strengthen their attacking options.

As previously reported by Soccer Laduma, Pirates are looking at boosting their squad for next season and together with Mamelodi Sundowns they are targeting TS Galaxy winger, Kamogelo Sebelebele.
According to insiders close to the club who are privy to reliable information, it's believed Pirates do stand a better chance of signing Sebelebele.
"There are different positions where the team wants to boost and that's why they are looking at the wingers and Sebelebele is one. There are preferred priorities. It's believed Sundowns are also monitoring him but as things stand now, Pirates are in the forefront to get his signature. They are apparrently set to beat the Brazilians on this one. It all depends on priority as well whether Sundowns prefer him to other players and the same with Pirates. But Pirates are the favourites to sign him," the insider told the Siya crew.
A second insider stated that after losing Thato Khiba to Stellenbosch FC, Pirates are working hard behind doors to sign Sebelebele and they don't want to lose out on him too.
"They learnt their lessons from the Khiba situation. They wanted him but things didn't work out and now they want to make things work out for them on Sebelebele and that's why they are set to beat even Mamelodi Sundowns. It will now all depend on TS Galaxy as well," the second source told Soccer Laduma.
The 21-year-old has been a regular this season for the Rockets where he has featured in the vast majority of games scoring goals and has caught the attention of Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos.

Sebelebele's pace and creativity would add valuable depth to Pirates' attacking options, particularly with continental football likely on the agenda. The coming weeks will prove critical in this transfer saga, with Pirates seemingly determined not to be outmaneuvered in the market again.
For the player himself, the choice between the two giants could define the trajectory of his promising career, while TS Galaxy face the inevitable challenge of trying to retain their emerging talent or secure maximum compensation for another success story.
