With free agent Percy Tau being linked to various clubs across the continent, an Egyptian club has reportedly made a U-turn on the South African.

Tau's future has been up in the air since he departed from Qatar SC. The former Mamelodi Sundowns man managed just two assists in nine games for the Qatari side.
While his next club has not yet been officially confirmed, reports have linked the 31-year-old with a move to Egyptian giants Zamalek, according to Al-Masry Al-Youm.
Journalist Ibrahim El-Moneisy, who is the editor-in-chief of Al Ahly Club Magazine, revealed what Al Ahly would do should one of their former players move to their closest rivals.
"According to Mohamed Abdel Monsef, Zamalek are close to signing Percy Tau," El-Moinesy said.
"Even though the player left and went to play in Qatar, Zamalek have been negotiating with him normally – and now they’re close to signing him."
With Tau's move reportedly edging closer, El-Moinesy spoke confidently on behalf of the Red Devils and said the club wouldn't do anything to block the transfer.
"Al Ahly, in general, won't come out and say it’s a ‘bridge transfer’ or anything like that," the journalist said.

"They won't say a word. Because you’re the one who let the player go – and it’s any club’s right to negotiate with him, even if it's Zamalek. That’s the level of maturity we hope to reach," he concluded.
