With Egyptian giants Zamalek set to appoint Yannick Ferrera as their new head coach, details of his reported salary have now emerged.

Egyptian reports revealed that the Belgian coach was set to take over as the new White Castle coach ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 44-year-old is set to replace Jose Peseiro, who was sacked following the club's elimination from the CAF Confederation Cup at the hands of Stellenbosch FC.
According to El Balad, journalist Ahmed Hassan reportedly revealed Ferreira's salary for his new Zamalek contract.
"Yannick Ferrera contract with Zamalek is for one season, and the entire staff's salary is $55,000 (R963,800) per month," Hassan said.
A source at the club also revealed the names of Yannick Ferrera backroom staff, which include Pierre Bahrel as general coach, Julien Lagoux as Performance Analyst, Yugoslav Lazic as the goalkeeper coach and Glenn Vercauteren as the physical trainer.
The source reported that the new coaching team would start with comprehensive medical and physical tests for the player's rehabilitation plan to ensure the squad is physically ready for the new season.

The club are also reportedly set to host an internal training camp in Cairo, with all preparations done according to Ferreira's timetable.
