Miguel Cardoso's charges ended their Betway Premiership campaign on Sunday after defeating Chippa United.
Pyramids, meanwhile, advanced to their first-ever final after defeating Orlando Pirates in the previous round.
The Egyptians will be competing in their first-ever Champions League final.
These two sides are familiar with each other, having met in the group stages last season where Sundowns claimed a 1-0 win in Egypt while the reverse fixture ended goalless in Pretoria.
