As Rulani Mokwena begins his next chapter at MC Alger, one of the standout additions to his newly assembled technical team is a 29-year-old assistant coach and set-piece specialist.
Enzo Donis is a rising football mind with a wide-ranging CV across multiple continents.

Donis arrives in Algeria after serving as assistant coach to the Togo national team, and his move to MC Alger reflects Mokwena’s ongoing commitment to building young, modern, and tactically sharp support teams around him.
Born in December 1995, Donis has been involved in the game since the age of 15, having worked in France, Belgium, Spain, the DRC, and more recently at international level.
His experience covers a variety of roles including youth coaching, video analysis, interim head coaching, and most notably, set-piece strategy, where he’s developed a complete methodology structured around analysis, training, and in-game execution.
That specialist knowledge now comes into focus at MC Alger, where set plays could be a defining weapon for Mokwena’s ambitious project.
The rest of the technical team features familiar names from Mokwena’s circle, Wendell Robinson (goalkeeper coach) and Sibusiso Mahlangu (fitness coach) – both South Africans who have worked with the 38-year-old tactician previously.
One notable change, however, is the absence of Allan Freese, who formed part of Mokwena’s staff during his time at Wydad Casablanca. Additionally, former assistant Sinethemba Badela, is now in charge of Chippa United, meaning there was a space for a fresh addition in Mokwena’s inner circle.
