The story
Kaizer Chiefs cleared the Monday blues for the Khosi Nation in releasing their new Home and Away strips for the upcoming season.
Amakhosi's new African-inspired home and away kits, which feature designs that are rooted in African art and creativity, were released for sale alongside a diverse lifestyle collection.
Entering its third year, the partnership between Amakhosi and the Italian sportswear brand will present another vibrant off-field collection for supporters to get excited by.
"With the new jerseys, tracksuits, polo shirts, t-shirts, bags and caps, Amakhosi supporters are guaranteed to draw envious glances from opposition fans for their style and panache," said Kaizer Chiefs' Marketing and Commercial Director, Jessica Motaung, in commenting on the club's new kits and lifestyle collection in a press release shared by the Soweto giants.
Motaung's sentiments were shared by Kappa South Africa's director, Ricky Joseph, who is looking forward to seeing Chiefs fans rocking the new kits and merchandise on the stands next season.
"With the theme for this season being 'The jersey doesn't just play, it represents', we look forward to seeing the supporters filling the stands, home and away, proudly displaying their brand new 2025/26 Kaizer Chiefs kit and merchandise for all the world to admire," shared Joseph.
Standout pieces from Amakhosi's lifestyle range include a black 'Classic Polo' (R699) with the club's crest and Kappa logo displayed in yellow.
Fans can also shop for the sleek 'Supporters Leisure Polo' (R799), which shows a grey base with black and yellow strips below the club crest and Kappa logo and black detailing on the shoulder.
In terms of the warm garments, the club has made its black '222 Banda' tracksuit set, worn by the new players in their announcement videos, available for purchase. The track top will set fans back R1,299, while the pants go for R1,199.
The 'Supporters Graphic Tee', which comes with a stylised typography of "Kaizer Chiefs" displayed at the base of the t-shirt, is valued at R599, in simple colourways of black and white.
The merchandise is currently available for purchase from Kaizer Chiefs retail store at the Village in Naturena, Kappa retail stores around the country, online at www.kcdigistore.com and other sporting retailers from Monday, 21 July 2025.
