Top 10 Confirmed PSL Free Agents

With the PSL transfer window officially open, there are quite a number of players who have become free agents and Soccer Laduma looks at those who could attract the most attention. 

There has been over 50 players who have been released by Betway Premiership clubs since the close of the 2024/25 campaign, with a few coming from the big guns Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.

As clubs prepare for the upcoming season, they will have a lot of options from players who were released by clubs. Securing free agents means that transfer fees do not have to be paid, which is what a number of clubs prefer.

There are still a few other clubs expected to announce the departures of players in the coming days, which means the list of free agents will grow and it will give clubs in both the top flight and Motsepe Foundation Championship a chance to bolster their squads for next season.
