Mamelodi Sundowns winger Thapelo Maseko continues to hold out for a move, but the wait is taking longer than what was initially expected.
Concerns, it's believed, are growing over Maseko's lack of game time, and there has been efforts to find the player a move from his camp, but Soccer Laduma understands that there is hardly any progress in that regard.

It's been reported that Maseko attracted interest in Cyprus, but it appears a deal is off the table, and it's now about seeing where else he can go. As things stand, a loan move is the best possible solution for the player who was part of the Bafana Bafana squad that secured a bronze medal at the last Africa Cup of Nations.
While there is still some time in the transfer window, there is no guarantee that the player will be able to secure a move before it closes. If he doesn't, the former SuperSport United player could find himself spending a lot of his time on the bench or in the stands.
The likes of Siyabonga Mabena and Kutlwano Letlhaku are currently ahead of him in terms of selection, and there's no telling what would happen if he were to stay at the club this season.
