The story

French Ligue 1 outfit, Racing Club Strasbourg overcame LOSC Lille 2-1 on Saturday afternoon and needed some South African music to celebrate the victory.

The ninth place Strasbourg, Bafana international Lebo Mothiba's former team, rallied to secure late come-from-behind win over fifth place, Lille, with Liam Rosenier's enjoying a run of four wins in their last five league encounters.

Strasbourg's high energy change room celebrations saw a group of players in a circle, dancing to the 2024 Amapiano chart topper, "Mnike" by Tyler ICU and Tumelo.za featuring, DJ Maphorisa, Nandipha808, Ceeka RSA and Tyron Dee.

The smash hit was soon followed by a viral TikTok dance challenge and the Strasbourg stars whipped out their own version of the once popular piece of choreography.
