The story
Kaizer Chiefs newbie Paseka Mako started his first match for Amakhosi, coming in for Bradley Cross in the Soweto giants' goalless draw with Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday evening.
Mako featured on the left of Amakhosi's defence, with Kwinika combining with Inacio Miguel in the centre, and Thabiso Monyane, who joined Chiefs at the same time as Mako from Orlando Pirates, on the right of the back four.
The diminutive fullback helped Chiefs keep their fourth consecutive clean sheet in the Betway Premiership this season, and after the full-time whistle was blown, Mako, along with his new teammates, headed to the stands to embrace the Khosi Nation at a jam-packed FNB Stadium.
The Chiefs fans had plenty of time for Mako's infectious energy, which made him a well-liked figure at the Buccaneers.
In a clip posted by SuperSport Football's social media pages, Mako was captured singing and dancing with the Amakhosi faithful, who chanted his name in return.
