The 16-year-old made history by becoming Liverpool's youngest-ever goal scorer in the Premier League era when he netted a 100th-minute winner against 10-man Newcastle with a placed finish into the side netting.
It was a historic moment for the teenage sensation, just days before his 17th birthday, as he also became only the fourth 16-year-old to score in the Premier League.
He joins a list of high-profile Premier League icons, including former Ballon d'Or winner Michael Owen, who held the record as a 17-year-old when he scored on his debut for Liverpool back in May 1997, a record Michael Ball had set just a month prior.
Years later, the record was broken by Wayne Rooney, who became the first 16-year-old to score in the Premier League when he scored the winning goal against Arsenal, a team he would go on to score the most goals against in the Premier League.
