Mokwena's side recently concluded a training camp in Tabarka, Tunisia, where Mokwena was given his first opportunity to meet his new players and assess his squad's readiness for the upcoming season.
The South African will hope to lead The Mouloudia to a third successive Ligue 1 Professionnelle title after winning the league in 2024/24 and 2024/25, while he will also be hoping to improve on last season's CAF Champions League quarter-final showing.
According to Dzair Tube, Mokwena's side will head to another training camp in Tunisia, this time in Mostaganem, which is expected to last up to a week as the team continues its preparations for the 2025/26 season.
Sources within the club reported that Mokwena will have total control over the start date of the new training camp. The players are expected back in training on Monday 11 August, after enjoying some days off after a tough camp in Tabarka, which the former Wydad AC boss labelled as a "success".
