The Zimbabwean returned to his homeland in 2023 after 13 years in South Africa playing for Masandawana, Ajax Cape Town, and Kaizer Chiefs.
The midfielder moved to Yadah FC and scored 13 goals and added 10 assists in his first season back before securing a move to Scottland FC ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
Billiat's move has not worked out in the way the club and player hoped it would and Scottland head coach Godfrey Bakasa revealed the reasons for the ex-Chiefs star's struggles, according to Pan-Africa Football.
"So far, it has been a slow start, but he has five assists and one goal in week 13 [of the season]," Bakasa said.
"He missed one game, so in 11 games, he made two substitute appearances, so we can say in nine appearances, he has five assists and one goal. The team is in position two,” he added.
