Kaizer Chiefs are expected to be preparing to temporarily part ways with a recent acquisition, with the club believed to be planning to loan out a January signing to create space for new attacking reinforcements.
The player in question has reportedly not made the desired impact since his mid-season arrival, leading to a decision among the technical team regarding his immediate future.

Insiders close to the club and with reliable information have indicated that Tashreeq Morris' future hangs in the balance.
The sources added that Amakhosi are looking at loaning him out for next season so that he can play regularly at a club where he can go.
"There was apparently a meeting believed to be held just before the final game of the season where both management and the technical team are believed to have agreed that it would he a great idea to loan Morris out next season. So he is set for a loan at the start of next season," the source told Soccer Laduma.
Meanwhile a second insider stated that Chiefs may however first wait to sign a striker that they are looking for.
"As much as they are looking at loaning him out, the club's first priority is to find a striker and sign that player first. From how things are now, they have targeted several strikers but no deal has been reached with anyone yet and that's what could probably delay Morris' loan move. But they are working on that," the second insider told the Siya crew.
Morris joined Amakhosi in January from SuperSport United and in the games that he has played the 31-year-old had found the back of the net only once.

Soccer Laduma contacted Chiefs for comment on the situation but there was no response at the time of publishing.
This development highlights Chiefs' determination to strengthen their attacking options following their Nedbank Cup triumph. For Morris, a loan move could provide valuable playing time that has been limited at Naturena, potentially revitalizing his career. At 31, the striker faces a critical period where regular football is essential to maintain form and value.
With Chiefs reportedly targeting several high-profile strikers including names previously linked such as Fiston Mayele and Michael Olunga, Morris could be a casualty of the club's ambitious plans to build a squad capable of challenging on multiple fronts next season, including the CAF Confederation Cup.
