Spurs promoted the youth international from the club's development to their first team as a 17-year-old at the start of the 2023/24 DStv Premiership season.
He was billed as a gem during his time as a junior, and so far, he has lived up to that billing in the few matches he has played, including a brilliant cameo against Kaizer Chiefs where he scored his debut goal.
With Baartman dishing out one eye-catching performance after the other, reports abroad have subsequently suggested that the teenager has attracted interest from Europe.
According to various publications, Scottish giants Celtic are monitoring his progress.
It is unclear whether the Brandon Rodgers coached side have made a formal approach to the Urban Warriors and whether or not they would be open to parting ways with the player.
If he does make the move abroad, he would be the second South African player to ply his trade in Scotland, with Aphelele Teto having made the move to Livingston earlier this year.
