Bakgaga coach Dylan Kerr recalled Bonginkosi Makume and Sbonelo Ngubane to the side while Joseph Douhadji and Tumelo Kgutlang got rare starts for the visitors.
Goodman Mosele almost gave Baroka a dream start in the seventh minute after charging his way to the box before unleashing a curling strike that sailed inches wide of the upright.
Leopards were unlucky not to get a penalty in the 26th minute after Thobani Mncwango was brought down inside the box, about to take a strike clear on goal, by Phelelani Shozi but the referee was not convinced.
Alan Clark's charges did see a bit more of the ball after absorbing the pressure in the latter stages of the half but they were unable to cause a threat in the opposition box, with Elvis Chipezeze enjoying a quiet opening 45 minutes.
Despite a slow start in the second stanza from both sides, Lidoda Duvha came very close to breaking the deadlock just before the hour-mark, as Mwape Musonda's close-range strike inside the six-yard box was brilliantly saved by Baroka goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze.
The game opened up in the last quarter of an hour after Leopards made a double change, with Lifa Hlongwane and Robert Ng'ambi replacing Khutlang and Mncwango as they pushed for the opening.
Dylan Kerr's troops had a glorious chance to break the deadlock in the last 11 minutes after they were awarded a penalty for a push on Richard Mbulu inside the box, Gerald Phiri stepped up despite being on the pitch for a few minutes and saw his effort tipped around the pole by Muleka.
However, Baroka were not to be denied the opener a minute later after Douhadji turned Tshidiso Patjie's low cross inside his own net.
Lidoda Duvha were desperate for the equaliser in the closing minutes, but Kerr's men kept their focus at the back to hold on for a narrow to secure a spot in the final four.
