Shabba Wants Chiefs To Raise Their Game Against Celtic

Siphiwe Tshabalala, Kaizer Chiefs.

Kaizer Chiefs captain Siphiwe Tshabalala has urged his colleagues to raise their game when they tackle Bloemfontein Celtic in an MTN8 second leg semi-final tie at the FNB Stadium on Saturday.    Read: Khune On Chiefs Keeping Clean Sheet   Steve Komphela's charges have a slight advantage after rallying back in their first leg encounter to hold Siwelele to a 1-1 draw at the Free State Stadium two weeks ago.   At an MTN8 presser on Thursday afternoon, 'Shabba' told the Siya crew that they need to improve their performance because they didn't start this season's Wafa Wafa well.   "We didn't start as planned but it hasn't really been very bad. We have room for improvement and that's what we have to do on Saturday. We should raise our bar on Saturday and win the game.   "Last year we started the season by winning the MTN8 and we want to do the same this season. To do that we first have to win on Saturday against Celtic," Shabba concluded.
