The agent of a Mamelodi Sundowns defender has addressed talk of overseas interest after the FIFA Club World Cup.
Sundowns set the scene alight at the Club World Cup in the USA, narrowly missing out on a place in the knockout stages after finishing in third place behind Borussia Dortmund and Fluminense.

One of the top performers in the team was Zimbabwean international Divine Lunga, who surprisingly kept Aubrey Modiba out of the team throughout the Brazilians' campaign in the competition.
Recent reports linked Lunga with Major League Soccer club Cincinnati, a club Kamohelo Mokotjo previously played for. Agent Mike Makaab commented on the links.
"I would be surprised if there was no interest because he had a really good Club World Cup. We will have to wait and see. There will always be rumours in football, I don't have to tell you that. I can tell you that there’s been no contact with us, or with the player himself," Makaab said.

Lunga remains a key part of coach Miguel Cardoso's plans going into the new season, especially in the CAF Champions League. The former Golden Arrows man stepped up whenever he was given an opportunity and may have made a strong case to start more matches for the Brazilians in the new season.
