The story
Kaizer Chiefs duo Inacio Miguel and Flavio Silva are enjoying some well-earned downtime during the FIFA International Break, opting for a family safari getaway at the famed Kruger National Park.
The break comes after Silva recently celebrated a personal milestone by scoring his first goal for the Glamour Boys in their 1-0 victory over Golden Arrows at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
The goal marked a promising sign of things to come for the Guinea-Bissau striker, who is slowly settling into life in Mzansi with the help of Miguel.
Miguel, who has been leading by example since being named club captain at the start of the season, appears to be embracing the opportunity to recharge.
Having shared the captain's armband with fellow centre-back Zitha Kwinika, the Angolan international has played a key role in Chiefs' strong start to the Betway Premiership campaign.
With four wins in their opening five matches, the Soweto giants sit second on the table, just behind early leaders Sekhukhune United.
Judging by the relaxed content Miguel posted on his Instagram stories, the defender is soaking in the calm before the season resumes.
The centre-back posted footage of his and Silva's family going on a game drive to get an up-close view of the Elephants, Giraffes and Lions.
