The story

After a topsy-turvy campaign on loan at Sekhukhune United, Sipho Mbule is doing extra work on his conditioning while he waits for Mamelodi Sundowns to decide on his future.

The move to Babina Noko was seen as an opportunity for him to get game time and force his way back into the team at Chloorkop, and after a positive start to the 2024/25 season, bagging several Man of the Match awards, Mbule's alleged off-field troubles have caught up with him.

With his loan being cut short at Sekhukhune, where the 27-year-old has racked up two goals and three assists in 17 appearances across all competitions, Mbule's ill-discipline has been the talk of the town, with many fans hoping his talent isn’t wasted on habits away from football.

In a post that will uplift Mbule's cult following online, the baller was seen riding a stationary exercise bike alongside Neo Maema.

The content was shared by  Martin Elias, a fitness trainer who has worked with numerous PSL ballers, including Kamohelo Mokotjo, Mfundo Vilakazi, Sipho Chaine, Haashim Domingo, and Terrence Mashego, among other stars.

Take a look at Mbule and Maema doing the extra yards:
