The story

Orlando Pirates concluded the 2024/25 Betway Premiership season with a 1-1 draw with Magesi at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday night, with a special guest making an appearance at the hallowed ground.

Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly attacker Percy Tau was in the stands to cheer on Ezimnyama Ngenkani in what was Innocent Maela's last match for the Soweto giants.

Kaizer Chiefs legend Tsepo Masilela and Tau joined Maela's family, who came to honour the defender as he concluded his eight-year stay at the club.

After the match, Tau was also pictured alongside his Bafana Bafana teammate, Relebohile Mofokeng, in a snap that’s quickly doing the rounds on social media.
