The story

After super agent Mike Makaab confirmed that Sipho Mbule is leaving Mamelodi Sundowns, the Khosi Nation took to Twitter/X to discuss the potential of the talented midfielder joining Kaizer Chiefs.

Makaab elaborated on the reasons behind Mbule's exit from Sundowns during his Gagasi FM show with co-host Simtho Dladla.

He stated that the troubled star's contract will not be renewed when it expires at the end of this month.

During his loan spell at Sekhukhune United, the former SuperSport United player made 17 appearances across all competitions, scoring two goals and providing three assists.

The 28-year-old spent two seasons at Sundowns after joining the club in 2022 from SuperSport.

On the X timeline, Chiefs fans have helped Mbule become a trending topic and have been fiercely debating whether or not he'd be the right fit in Nasreddine Nabi's team.
