The story
Kaizer Chiefs embarked on a pre-season tour to the Netherlands to prepare for the upcoming 2025/26 campaign.
During this trip, Amakhosi played five friendly matches against challenging Dutch teams: Vitesse Arnhem, FC Twente, PEC Zwolle, NEC Nijmegen, and FC Utrecht. These matches provided a tough test for both their tactics and temperament.
Unfortunately, the results were disappointing, as Chiefs managed to secure only one win while suffering four defeats. In total, they conceded nine goals and scored just three.
Despite underwhelming pre-season results, Kemiso Motaung spread plenty of positivity on her Instagram around the tour, sharing footage of her exploring the towns the club visited, with a special tribute to the international Khosi Nation.
Motaung hailed the strength of the Kaizer Chiefs brand and shared how she met Dutch Chiefs fans with the surname Kaizer.

Amakhosi's social media pages also acknowledged the incredible support they received from their European-based fans who don't get the opportunity to watch the club live.
