Stellies confirmed the late call-up on Monday, with the 25-year-old earning his place in the senior national team setup under coach Hugo Broos.
Moloisane has featured in eight matches across all competitions for Stellenbosch so far this season, forming part of a defensive unit that has earned plaudits for its organisation and consistency in the Betway Premiership and in Stellies' MTN8 run.
The former SA U-23 international will now link up with the Bafana camp as South Africa prepare for two crucial Group C fixtures.
Broos’ side face Lesotho before hosting Nigeria, matches that could prove decisive in their bid to qualify for the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
