Hazard joined Los Blancos for a whopping €100 million (R1.61 billion) plus a massive package of add-ons in the beginning of June.
According to the Independent, the Belgium superstar put pen-to-paper on a five-year deal, which will see him earn £400 000 (R7.2 million) per week.
As a consequence he overtook Gareth Bale as the highest-paid Real star, with the Welshman believed to be pocketing weekly wages of £350 000 (R6.3 million) in basic salary, excluding add-ons.

Hazard's weekly package calculates to €23.3 million (R375 million) per year, which sees him sit in sixth position among the top earning players right now.
At the top of football's rich list remains Lionel Messi, who is understood to pocket €46 million (R740 million) annually at FC Barcelona, while Neymar follows in second place with Paris Saint-Germain said to pay him €36 million (R579 million) per year.
Cristiano Ronaldo completes the top three after agreeing to an annual salary of €30 million (R483 million) when he joined Juventus a year ago.
