Manchester United will reportedly only sign one of their on-loan stars permanently on one condition.

Marcel Sabitzer has revitalised his career following his January move to Old Trafford. The Austrian midfielder has enjoyed his time at the English club so far, having spent most of his time at parent club Bayern Munich on the bench prior to his loan switch.
United manager Erik ten Hag is also believed to be a big fan of the central midfielder, and it is said the two parties would like to make the deal a long-term one.
While there is a willingness from the player and the Premier League club to make a permanent deal happen, the playmaker is still a Bayern player and the Bundesliga giants have placed a £20 million (R450 million) price tag on the Wels native.
According to The Sun, however, that fee may be too high for the Red Devils.
The figure could also rise by £5 million (R112 million) with add-ons included, and because the Dutch tactician is prioritising a quality striker in the upcoming transfer window, there may not be enough funds in the United war chest to facilitate a permanent move for Sabitzer.
As such, any permanent deal for the Austria international would reportedly depend on the Bavarians dropping their asking price.
The midfielder arrived at the Allianz Arena from RB Leipzig at the beginning of last season, but failed to nail down a starting spot at the home of the German champions.

It is believed Bayern will not stand in the way of Sabitzer making the move to the Premier League, but with two years still remaining on his deal with the six-time European champions, they perhaps feel obligated to be compensated accordingly.
