Paris Saint-Germain, who were without Neymar, were crowned Coupe de France champions with a 2-0 win over AS Monaco on Wednesday evening.
Mauro Icardi came in for the suspended Neymar Junior to lead PSG's attack alongside Kylian Mbappe with Leandro Paredes and Julian Draxler the other key changes.
PSG pounced towards 20 minutes when Mbappe went one-on-one with their opposite number from a defensive error to unselfishly feed Icardi to tap home the opener.
Monaco as anticipated looked to grab an instant equaliser from a ball into space by Youssouf Fofana to Kevin Volland, who unfortunately directed wide from a smartly taken header.
Although the Parisans continued to hold ground 33 minutes in with a shot in the area by Alessandro Florenzi forcing Radoslaw Majecki to palm over following a pass from Angel Di Maria.
Krepin Diatta was the first change of the evening at halftime with Ruben Aguilar withdrawn as Les Monegasques targeted a total turnaround.
This looked to fire up Monaco soon following the restart, as Wissam Ben Yedder had goalkeeper Keylor Navas to work with a clever first-time attempt from close-range.
More threats from Les Monegasques materialised before the last 20 minutes after a cross-cum shot from Gelson Martins deflected off Abdou Diallo and onto the woodwork.
The crossbar then denied PSG with ten minutes to go following an audacious dink from afar by Mbappe after he had spotted Majecki off his goal-line.
Mbappe proved decisive within a minute after he raced onto a through ball from Di Maria to apply a cheeky chip over Majecki.
The Parisans sustained the closing seconds to add another piece of silverware this season alongside the Trophee des Champions.
