Barcelona achieved a near-dream season in 2024./25 as they won La Liga, the Copa Del Rey, and the Supercopa Espana, while narrowly missing out on the UEFA Champions League, falling at the semi-final hurdle.
Hansi Flick has a plethora of options in attack, boasting the likes of Robert Lewandowski, and two Ballon D'Or frontrunners in Raphinha and Lamine Yamal.
However, the Blaugrana are continually linked with a host of top talents throughout Europe to ease the burden on the frontline. Among the names include Liverpool's Colombian showstopper Luis Diaz and Manchester United outcast Marcus Rashford.
Amid Barca interest, Diaz said he was happy in Merseyside but said the final decision on his future sat with the current Premier League champions, according to Goal.
"If Liverpool don’t extend our contract, I still have the two years I have left with them, and I’ll be happy to stay there. Now it’s up to them. I’m here to decide and look at what’s best for us and the future," the former FC Porto man said.
Meanwhile, England's Marcus Rashford, fresh off a loan spell at Aston Villa, has reportedly made it clear he wants to join the Catalan giants, according to Barca Blaugranes.
The Man Utd forward has also reportedly said he would be willing to take a pay cut to move to Spain and talks have supposedly started between club and the player's camp.
