According to WinWin, the record Tunisian champions are prepared to part ways with the South African attacker if they receive a bid that meets their valuation.
The Mpumalanga native enjoyed a standout debut season with Taraji after joining from Sekhukhune United, scoring six goals and registering four assists en route to helping the club secure a domestic treble — winning the Ligue Professionnelle 1, Tunisian Cup, and Tunisian Super Cup.
The same report claims that Esperance are looking to sell Mokwana as part of a financial strategy by club president Hamdi Meddeb, who is reportedly aiming to raise €6.2 million (R127.6 million). The South African winger has been valued at €1.2 million (R24.6 million), and a number of clubs are said to have expressed interest.
Russian outfit Dynamo Makhachkala FC and Saudi Pro League side Al Hamza are believed to be the most prominent suitors so far. However, it is understood that no club has yet submitted an offer that satisfies the Blood and Gold.

As for the remaining €5 million (R102 million) needed, Esperance are reportedly hoping to generate those funds through the sale of Nigerian midfielder Onuche Ogbelu. While the club is keen to extend his contract — especially after his eye-catching performances at the FIFA Club World Cup — negotiations have stalled. As a result, the club is now open to selling him.
