According to The Athletic, the former Chelsea winger has no intention of leaving the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners before his deal runs out in 2024.
Despite having played just 296 minutes this season, the 32-year-old is said to be determined to remain at the club even though he holds resentment towards manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Hazard was believed to be under the impression he would play a bigger role under the Italian in this campaign, but has featured in just seven games and last made an appearance two months ago.
The former Premier League superstar is the highest-paid player at Los Blancos and refuses to give up his salary, similar to how Gareth Bale felt in the seasons before his departure from the club.
It is reported that Hazard has no interest in negotiating with other teams and has not received a single formal offer from other clubs.
While the 126-time Belgium international is a popular figure in the dressing room, it is further claimed that his teammates and the coaching staff do not think he is capable of competing at the highest level anymore.
Injuries have played a role in hampering Hazard's progress since becoming Real's most expensive signing in history in 2019, with Transfermarkt stating he has missed 500 days of football in his four years in Spain to date.
