Norodien, who plays for Ajax Cape Town, is one of the country's most exciting rising talents at the moment and believes that confidence in yourself is key to not only improving your own game, but football in South Africa in general.

"Always believe in yourself because, if you don't believe in yourself, you won't be able to do the best you can do" stated a very confident Norodien.

"If you come up against the likes of Teko Modise, Khama Billiat, Tsepo Masilela, you can't doubt yourself, you have to push yourself.

"You have to bring your game as well as he's bringing his game. That's how the football grows in South Africa."
