Thabo Rakhale Is Set For A New Club After Chippa United Exit

Thabo 'Jomo' Rakhale is expected to join a new club for next season after parting ways with Chippa United. 

Rakhale's future has been subject of speculation over the last few weeks, with indications that Kaizer Chiefs had been monitoring his contract situation, and it has since been confirmed that the former Orlando Pirates winger has parted ways with the Eastern Cape club.   

While the Chilli Boys have been keen on keeping Rakhale by extending his contract, the club's chairman Siviwe Mpengesi hinted earlier in the season that their contract talks with the skilful player broke down after he rejected their contract offer.
