The 22-year-old joined Moroka Swallows on loan at the start of the season from Aces, and Bell revealed that the move was made permanent in December.
However, Bell has now told Soccer Laduma that he will leaving Swallows, as he has signed a contract with this season's NFD Champions, Baroka FC.
"In January I had to two options. I could've either joined Platinum Stars on a pre-contract or Baroka, and after the last game of the season we played against Witbank Spurs, their team manager came to ask me my plans for next season," he said.
"I hadn't signed anything with any of the clubs who offered me contracts, so I gave him my number. He called me last week to give me a proposal, so the options were Witbank Spurs, Platinum Stars and Baroka.
"I decided to go with Baroka. I signed with them last week on a three year deal, so that's done, and that's where I will be playing next season."
Bell featured 21 times this season for Swallows, scoring twice.
