Five Kaizer Chiefs Players Who Have Seen Their Market Value Drop In The Past Year

Players' market values are constantly fluctuating as they gain and lose form throughout the season. Soccer Laduma takes a look at five Kaizer Chiefs attacking players who have seen their market value drop in the past year.

Bernard Parker:

Parker has been influential to the Amakhosi setup so far this season, however, the 32-year-old has also seen a decline in his market value this season.

The striker was valued at €700 thousand (±R11.4m) last season and has seen his market value drop to €500 thousand (±R8.1m).

Gustavo Paez:

The Venezuelan striker has seen very little game-time so far this season, making just nine appearances in all competitions for Chiefs, scoring just one goal.

Paez's market value last season was €350 thousand (±R5.6m) and has since dropped to €200 thousand (±R3.2m).

Ryan Moon:

Moon has made just 12 appearances in all competitions so far this season. In June last year, the Bafana Bafana international was valued at €350 thousand (±R5.6m) and has since dropped to €300 thousand (±R4.8m) this season.

Dumisani Zuma:

Zuma has made 19 appearances in all competitions for Chiefs this season, scoring two and assisting four goals.

However, the player's value has also decreased this season, having been marketed at €350 thousand (±R5.6m) in June last year, and also dropped to €300 thousand (±R4.8m) this season.

Bhongolethu Jayiya:

Jayiya has been struggling for game-time with Amakhosi, making just six appearances in all competitions for Chiefs so far this season. In June last year, Jayiya was valued at €300 thousand (±R4.8m) and has since seen his value drop to €250 thousand (±R4m).
