Mamelodi Sundowns defender, Hichani Himoonde, is hoping to negotiate an exit from the Brazilians camp.
The 29-year-old was signed by the Chloorkop-based outfit at the beginning of last year but was subsequently sent out on loan to one of his former clubs, Zesco United in the Zambian Premier League.
Himoonde has not played a single minute in an official fixture for Downs and Siya sources at the club have disclosed that the player is getting increasingly frustrated with his situation at Chloorkop.
It is understood that the Zambian is looking to cut ties with the Brazilians and is in the process of negotiating a move away from the club in the near future.
Should the defender successfully negotiate a release from the club, it is understood that a move back to Zesco would be a possibility.
Do you think that Himoonde should be given a chance to show what he’s worth at Downs or is it time to cut ties with the player?
