The 2016/17 European season has now ended, and while the new transfer window is not yet open, Spanish publication AS has compiled a starting XI consisting of players who will be out of contract come the end of June.

The upcoming window is expected to be a busy one, with the likes of FC Barcelona, Manchester United and Manchester City all believed to have lots of money to spend in order to strengthen for next season.
There are a few big names in the line-up, with the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Iker Casillas, Yaya Toure and Mario Balotelli all expected to move to new clubs in the coming months.
Seven Premier League players feature in the Free Agents XI, with the Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A and the Portuguese top flight having one representative apiece.
