The Glamour Boys are currently in the process of appealing the FIFA ban that was handed down to them following the judgement on their signing of Andriamirado 'Dax' Andrianarimanana, with Chiefs adamant that the 28-year-old did not have a professional contract with his former club.
Chiefs even went as far as getting on board a signature expert who concluded that the signature on the midfielder's contract was forged, though the decision from FIFA leaves them in a precarious position at present as they look to get the case thrown out.
Now, with Fosa owed money by the club and the player, they have released a statement voicing their delight at the decision, calling it a 'historic decision'.
A statement on the club's official Facebook page read, "Following the FIFA decision on the transfer that we considered to be forced from 'Dax', Fosa Juniors FC takes note of this historic decision - we are delighted that justice has been done…
"From now on, no illegal transfer of a Madagascan player will go unpunished. This victory of Fosa Juniors is a victory for all clubs in Madagascar, and a victory for Madagascan football."

'Dax', who now plays for Black Leopards, was banned for four months, but is also set to appeal against the decision.
