Kaizer Chiefs will once again play no part in this weekend's DStv Premiership action as they will be playing their second-leg first preliminary round CAF Champions League encounter.
The Soweto giants have a busy schedule for the month of December, where they will start with a return clash against Cameroonian side, PWD Bamenda in the CAF Champions League on Friday, December 04 at the FNB Stadium.
Then on Tuesday, December 08, the Soweto Giants will return to league action with a clash against Black Leopards.
Thereafter, Amakhosi will travel to the Lucas Moripe Stadium to face-off with SuperSport United, this before hosting Bloemfontein Celtic on December 19.
If Chiefs complete the business on Friday against PWD Bamenda and progress through to the second preliminary round of the CAF Champions League competition, they will face-off with Angolan side, between December 22-23 in the first leg.
Meanwhile, elsewhere at the club, Chiefs' DStv Diski Challenge team will begin their campaign with a clash against Mamelodi Sundowns on Sunday, December 06 at the Giant Stadium in Soshanguve North of Pretoria.
It will be first-team assistant coach, Dillon Sheppard's first Diski game on the bench for the reserve team, where he will assist Arthur Zwane whose been with the side since 2016.
