Jose Riveiro's charges will enter the clash in fifth position, but a win will take the side up to second spot.
Pirates will come up against a rejuvenated Spurs outfit who have won their last two games in the league.
Ernst Middendorp's men beat AmaZulu 3-1 in their first game of the year, before they secured a 2-0 win over TS Galaxy over the weekend.
The Urban Warriors now only sit three points adrift of the play-off spot occupied by Richards Bay, who face Chippa United this evening.
Spurs will also be looking to complete the double of the Buccaneers after securing a 1-0 win earlier in the season.
