In so far as league matches are concerned, City re-opened their campaign with a 1-1 draw against Chippa United.
Eric Tinkler's charges are lying second on the table with 30 points, equal on points with third-placed United, with a superior goal difference.
City will be without Relebogile Mokhuoane due to suspension.
Matsatsantsa, meanwhile, were in continental action over the weekend as their 1-1 draw against Modern Future saw them fail to qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup knockout stages.
Gavin Hunt's men also got back to league duties with a 1-1 draw against Stellenbosch.
Matsatsantsa are chasing a league double over City after edging them 1-0 in Tshwane back in August last year.
United will have to do without Keegan Allan, who is suspended.
