Bafana made it through to the quarter-finals after stunning number one-ranked nation Morocco 2-0 in the round of 16 thanks to goals by Evidence Makgopa and Teboho Mokoena.

South Africa will be looking to qualify for the semi-finals for the first time since 2000.
Cape Verde, on the other hand, made it to the last eight after edging Mauritania 1-0, with Ryan Mendes netting the all important goal in the last two minutes.
The Blue Sharks made it to the knockout phase after topping a group that had Egypt and Ghana and will be looking to reach the semi-finals for the first time in their history.
The island nation have won the last two recent meetings between the sides after beating South Africa home and away both by a 2-1 scoreline in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
