They have also chosen to integrate evolving skills with the opportunity to improve both skills and traits to cater for your ideal fighting style.
They also discussed the relationships mechanic, which runs through from sparring partners to potential opponents, which is likely to have you making more crucial decisions outside of the octagon.

It will be interesting to see whether these RPG elements, along with enhanced focus on matter outside of fights will bring about a more authentic experience.
