As a result, the Limpopo outfit was only fined R200 000 while Mpambaniso was found not guilty.
"Marumo Gallants to be fined an amount of R200 000, half of which is immediately payable and the other half suspended for 24 months on condition that during the period of suspension they are not found guilty of the offence," Majavu said, via the PSL media department.
"Should they re-offend, that suspended portion would be triggered immediately and there will be further sanctions for that subsequent misdemeanor."
Majavu added that Cape Town City are allowed to appeal the decision.
