After impressive performances for both the Kaizer Chiefs DDC team and the South Africa U20 national team, a promising young Amakhosi defender has attracted interest from another Betway Premiership club.
As previously reported by Soccer Laduma, the Chiefs youth product who reportedly underwent successful trials in Europe and has trained with the senior team, now finds himself on the radar of a PSL side looking to strengthen their defensive options.

Insiders close to Kaizer Chiefs have indicated that Sekhukhune United have enquiried about Amajita right-back Sfiso Timba.
"You know Chiefs were looking at promoting him this season, but it's believed that with the signing of Thabiso Monyane they have enough right backs at the moment and they are looking at him growing. And since it's believed that Sekhukhune United have enquired about him, then they could loan him there. It won't be a permanent move. No, it is expected to be a loan move. But, yes, the interest is there from Sekhukhune United," the insider told Soccer Laduma.
A second source stated that the possibility of the defender returning to Belgian side RWD Molenbeek, where he previously had trials with, now remains open.
"They were happy when he was there. They even made a follow-up on him, and the chances are that he could still go there. But, for now, the club has to deal with the local interest first and take it from there," the second insider told the Siya crew.
The 19-year-old defender was part of coach Raymond Mdaka's triumphant South Africa U20 national team squad that won the junior AFCON event and secured qualification for the World Cup later this year, further enhancing his reputation.

Soccer Laduma contacted Sekhukhune United Marketing Manager Tebogo Mapinga, who neither confirmed nor denied Babina Noko's interest in the young defender.
"For now, it's no comment. You know such things are reported through the team's right channels, so for now it's no comment," Mapinga told Soccer Laduma.
This publication also reached out to Kaizer Chiefs for comment, but there was no response at the time of publishing.
