Rulani Mokwena – head coach of Mamelodi Sundowns – has sent a heart-warming message to TS Galaxy's Bernard Parker after his horrific leg break.
Parker broke his leg in a challenge from Sundowns midfielder Bongani Zungu during last night's Carling Knockout match played at the Mbombela Stadium.

Galaxy defeated the Brazilians 5-4 on penalties after the match finished 2-2 after extra-time but have had to do it without the veteran former Kaizer Chiefs forward who was stretched off early in the second half, while Zungu was red-carded.
After the match, Mokwena wished Parker a speedy recovery, as he spoke to journalists while also explaining that 'there was no malicious intent' from Zungu.

"I can only wish Bernard Parker a speedy recovery. I hope it's not as serious as it looks," said Mokwena, speaking to journalists as reported by Kickoff.
"Knowing Bongani Zungu, I know it was not malicious, and that there was no malicious intent behind it. The only thing that I can say is that I wish Bernard Parker a speedy recovery," the tactician concluded.
