Kaizer Chiefs could be tempted to make a panic striker signing, as former club coach Farouk Khan discusses solutions for Amakhosi.
Chiefs have scored only three goals in six pre-season matches, with supporters fearing that the club have not found a solution to their goal-scoring woes last season.

A lot of hopes were put on new striker signing Flavio Silva, who boasted 39 goals across the last two seasons for Indonesian club Persebaya Surabaya. The Portuguese striker, however, has not lived up to expectations so far.
The Glamour Boys also showed glimpses of improvements against Asante Kotoko in a familiar environment at Moses Mabhida Stadium but their inability to convert chances is arguably the biggest worry going into the new season.
With the likes of Zakhele Lepasa and Dzenan Zajmovic still on the free market, while Chiefs are rumoured to be chasing Etiosa Ighodaro, Khan has discussed whether he would take a gamble of any of them.
"The first question I'll ask is what is the coach's game model, tactical approach because we've seen it in the past, they wanted a big guy upfront, they signed (Ranga) Chivaviro, it didn't work out, now they are talking about Ighodaro, we don't know," Khan said on Soccerbeat YouTube Channel.
"If you look at Lepasa, he's more of a false nine coming from deep but he was injured most of last season, he didn't play one game for complete duration. But we know Hugo Broos saw some quality, that's why he chose him for Bafana setup.

"I think if he's on a free, it's a good gamble for me. Whether he will start it will depend on his match fitness and how he is able to gel and I think the coach is the only one who can answer. Zajmovic at Galaxy showed a lot of goal-scoring prowess, he's good in the air, good on the feet, good decision-making. If they can get him as soon as possible and (Tashreeq) Morris and other guys, put them on loan, you can't have a heavy strike force," Khan added.
Bafana Bafana striker Percy Tau is also available on a free after his contract was not renewed by Qatar SC.
