After losing players following their transition from SuperSport United, Siwelele FC are actively working to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The PSL club, now under new ownership but maintaining their commitment to youth development, has identified key areas for reinforcement before the transfer window closes.

Insiders close to the club have indicated that Siwelele FC are finalising a deal for an exciting young talent from the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
Sources with reliable information have indicated that coach Lehlohonolo Seema's team is set to secure the signature of 22-year-old Koketso Sekgodiso from Highbury FC.
"You know the club believes in youth. They have adopted the same approach and system from SuperSport United and that's why they are set to sign Koketso Sekgodiso from Highbury FC. He is only 22-years -old. The deal is as good as done as all the involved parties are happy with the deal," the insider told Soccer Laduma.
Meanwhile, a second source stated that this signing is just one part of a broader recruitment strategy as the club prepares for the upcoming campaign.
"There are still some areas where the technical team is looking at bolstering and signing some players. You would recall that there are a few senior players who left the team, and they need to be replaced as well. That's why the club is looking at some more signings," the insider told Soccer Laduma.
Sekgodiso, a versatile attacking player who can operate as a left winger, right winger, or striker, is expected to add depth and creativity to Siwelele's forward line.

Soccer Laduma contacted the player's agency, Cream Sports, who discussed the imminent transfer to Siwelele FC.
"There are just few loose ends which we need to tie between the player and the club, but the deal is as good as done for now. It's just matter of personal terms and medicals. Then we are done," Cream Sports told the Siya crew.
Soccer Laduma reached out to Siwelele FC for comment, but there was no response at the time of publishing this story.
