News reaching the Siya crew is that Kaizer Chiefs are understood to have expressed an interest in a Cape Town City star.

Siya sources have revealed that Amakhosi have entered the race alongside Orlando Pirates and AmaZulu, for the services of highy-rated midfielder.
"There has been interest from Kaizer Chiefs as well. It's believed that now that they are expected to lose Yusuf Maart they are looking at bringing in a different kind of midfielder and Rhodes is that one they are looking at. Chiefs are looking at preparing an offer in the region of around R10 million. They are looking at building a strong youthful squad," the source revealed to the Siya crew.

Indications are that AmaZulu FC have also shown interest in the 22-year-old, where a three-horse race could ensure for the player's signature.
"It's not only Pirates and Chiefs who are interested in him. AmaZulu have also enquired about him and now it will all go down to the right offer for City and the final decision lies with them," the source added.
Rhodes was a regular for the Citizens last season, featuring in 24 games and scoring one goal.
